1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the AB99 platform — whether through the website at ab99.plus or the AB99 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to every registered member and to any visitor who uses AB99 services in any capacity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use AB99. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. AB99 recommends that you review these terms periodically so you are always aware of the current rules that apply to your account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use AB99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AB99 does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended AB99 account. AB99 permits only one account per person, per household and per device.
• You must be accessing AB99 for personal recreational use only, not on behalf of any third party, business or organisation.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

AB99 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age and payment method at any point. Account access may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your AB99 account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. AB99 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity that takes place through your AB99 account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact AB99 support immediately.

AB99 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify AB99 promptly of any security breach or suspected unauthorised use. AB99 may ask you to change your password at any time as a security measure.

Your AB99 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or allow another person to operate your account. Any attempt to do so will result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on AB99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). AB99 supports the following PKR payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the AB99 Deposit page.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment method owned by someone else, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposit.

AB99 does not accept deposits from unknown sources, anonymous payment methods or any channel not listed on the Deposit page. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source may be reversed or withheld pending investigation.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed instantly once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits are processed within standard banking hours and may take longer depending on your bank.
• Card and wallet deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective payment network.

AB99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges on your end.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on AB99 are processed in PKR. To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified and in good standing. AB99 will process withdrawals using the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. In some cases you may be asked to confirm your preferred withdrawal method.

AB99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically faster than bank transfer or card-based withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with current processing times, are published on the AB99 Withdrawal page.

AB99 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on your account status. Withdrawals will be held pending until the required documents are reviewed and approved. Providing fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

AB99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets and reload offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts , validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the AB99 website.

General bonus rules that apply across all AB99 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino and bingo may each carry a different contribution percentage — check each offer's terms for the breakdown.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirement not completed before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• AB99 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after players have already opted in, AB99 will honour the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies or any method designed to exploit promotional offers — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on AB99 are final once confirmed. AB99 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where AB99 itself determines that a technical error has occurred. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details are correct before confirming.

AB99 sports betting markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other available sports — are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. These rules cover settlement procedures, void bet scenarios, postponed event handling and related situations. AB99 recommends reviewing the sport-specific rules on the Betting page before placing your first wager.

For casino games including slots, live casino tables and bingo, game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by real dealers under controlled conditions. AB99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game. These are displayed within each game or market.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet, AB99 will investigate the incident and settle the round based on available data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Bingo games have their own room-specific rules covering ticket prices, prize structures, jackpots and chat game prizes. These are displayed in each bingo room before you purchase tickets.

AB99 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure or any other circumstance that compromised the integrity of the outcome.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AB99. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one AB99 account for any reason, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Underage use: Using AB99 if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a person under 18 in accessing the platform.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your AB99 account.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses without genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using AB99 as a mechanism to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds connected to any illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino, poker-style games or sports betting.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automation software or any non-human method to interact with AB99 games or betting markets.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your AB99 account, or accepting access to someone else's account.

AB99 monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate and take action at its sole discretion. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will not be entitled to a refund of deposits or withdrawal of any balance held at the time of suspension.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

AB99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity on the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal on a deposit.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity as defined by AB99's inactivity policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, AB99 will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeframe where it is appropriate to do so. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned.

You may request voluntary closure of your AB99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure that is not subject to any ongoing investigation or pending wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

10 Privacy and Data

AB99 collects and processes personal data as described in the AB99 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

AB99 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account and improve the platform. AB99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, game errors or data feed failures beyond AB99's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits AB99's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

AB99 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, AB99 will notify registered players through a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of AB99 following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
